When can I expect to receive my order?

All Digital Products are delivered instantly and are downloadable at the Order Confirmation Page. You would also receive an email from our digital publishing partner with your product download link(s).

My item is lost or damaged

How do I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel any orders for digital products, as they are fulfilled and delivered instantly.

We can cancel orders including physical products, as long as your order has not been fulfilled and despatched.

We prefer to be contacted within 1 hour after placing your order. We can't cancel it once your order has been shipped.

If your order has already been despatched, you must follow our return and refund policy in order to get a refund.
